This journal is a product of several years of relentless efforts of the founding fathers of the School of Environmental Studies, The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, to entrench the culture of academic excellence in the school, particularly in the area of research undertakings. True to the vision of its pioneers, the journal has since its inception in 2010, provided an excellent avenue for research reports’ publications. It is significant to note that, contributions into the previous editions of the journal have come from far and wide and they cut across diverse areas of interests in the built environment.
